Q:   How do I ship my fabric to Drape Studio when ordering from online fabric sites?
A:   In order to save on shipping charges, ship your fabric directly to us from the on-line fabric store. Simply include our shipping address when completing your on-line order form. We also recommend putting your name and phone number in the comments sectionof the order form. This will allow us to contact you once we receive your materials.

Shipping Address:
Drape Studio-will include this information on your email invoice once you place your DrapeStudio order. Do NOT ship fabric to us prior to having a Drape Studio Confirmation order number.
Q:   How do I ship my fabric to Drape Studio when ordering from a fabric store?
A:   In order to save on shipping charges, ship your fabric directly to us from the fabric store. Simply include our shipping address when completing your order. Include your name, phone number and the treatment design name(s); item #'s; and quantity for each item # as part of the order form. This will allow us to contact you once we receive your materials.

Q:   What is Custom Made?
A: . Window treatments are fully customized to fit your specific window measurements using fabrics and trim selected especially for your window treatment designs.
Q:   How do I order Custom Made window treatments?
A:   1. Choose your window treatment design(s),
      2. Determine the number of treatments you need,
      3.  Email this information to Order@DrapeStudio.com
      4. Include specific measurements for finished valance
      5. We'll email you a detailed invoice for your approval within 2 business days.
           We'll also address specific details pertaining to your project at this time.
      6. Project begins once we receive payment and your materials.

Please let us know if we can assist you with fabric/trim selection and/or yardage calculations.
Q:   How long before I receive my Custom Made window treatments?
A: . Window treatments begin to be fabricated once payment has been received and once all fabric and/or trim has been received. Once fabrication begins, window treatmens usually get shipped within 4-8 weeks. Shipping times will vary during peak production times. We will always notify you with estimated shipping times and costs before we start your project.
Q:   What is Semi Custom Made?
A:   Choose from a selection of designer patterns that fit most window sizes. Make it your own by chosing your favorite fabrics and trim.
Q:   How do I order Semi Custom Made window treatments?
A:      1. Choose your window treatment design(s),
       2. Determine the number of treatments you need,
       3.  Email this information to Order@DrapeStudio.com
      5. We'll email you a detailed invoice for your approval within 2 business days.
           We'll also address specific details pertaining to your project at this time.
      6. Project begins once we receive payment and your materials.

Q: Can I return my window treatments?
A:  Because all of our products are made to your specifications, product is only returnable due to fabric defects from our Ready Made Designer product line. Product made with your fabric/trim is not returnable.   So please MEASURE your windows CAREFULLY!

Q: Can I pay by Credit Card?
A: We accept most major credit cards thru PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account in order to pay via PayPal.
